Exceptionally clean place & excellent and incredible staff. Luxurious, updated unit with a King Size bed and microwave plus sofa. Fabulous food. Comfortable location of the hotel to "the Valley" as a gateway to play in the snow. Also - next to shops and restaurants as well as several areas.

clean, comfortable beds, good coffee and breakfast (free), helpful staff, indoor pool free onsite parking. This road trip throughout CA we are staying at all 4* hotels/resorts and thought we would save some money roughing it here, but far from it very comfortable and clean !!

Very clean and friendly staff.
The drapes did not close. With only sheers covering the window the lights from the parking lot lit up the room all night long. No full-length mirror. The chairs didn't fit under the table, allowing only a few inches between the bed and the chairs to try to pass by.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room smelled so bad that my kids wanted to leave. The room needed repairs and a more detailed cleaning.

Big and quiet room, clean and well kept. Good breakfast. Good location - close to the freeway. Swimming pool was clean and relaxing after a busy day. Nice stay on our way to the Sequoia park.

Families with children will like this place
The staff are super friendly and helped us out when we needed extra towels, very accommodating. They have a shuttle service that takes you to Sequoia National Park which was a lifesaver for the kids and just.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but nothing feels overpriced when you need that space for the family.

It was just a great fit for a speedy visit in Visalia with the best value for money ratio. The nighttime auditor was really kind to let us have breakfast before the official open time. If you arrive early, check if you can get complimentary breakfast ahead of schedule.
